The design of the space and the details were particularly well thought out for this particular advertiser, who is obviously very concerned about the well-being of his guests… The English team’s production follow-up was imposed by the organiser.

For this first appearance at a tennis tournament, the Chinese telephone manufacturer has chosen a minimalist /cosy / chic atmosphere for this dressing room of about 70 sqm.

The space is organised around several types of reception, telephone demonstration, catering, bar reception and relaxation on the patio.

The design work was carried out in collaboration with the brand’s Chinese design team particularly meticulous from the choice of materials to the lighting (for this detail-oriented advertiser).

75m² box: the important catering area with 60 seats.

The space had to be optimised so that the decor/staging took up as little space as possible in the room, in which the teams of the caterer Potel et Chabot had to serve sixty or so guests to perfection at the same time. Light and material games in a very luminous atmosphere, often in the spirit of an exhibition; maximum use of the height under the ceiling; ephemeral event that must last 3 weeks.
