A sustainable commitment to responsible environmental impact



Ethical commitment: projects in India and Cambodia
On two occasions, the Easyraideuses have run on behalf of L’Architecture Communicante in India, in Ranakpur, and in Cambodia, thus contributing to several sustainable development objectives: the fight against poverty, “zero” hunger, good health and well-being, quality education.
Easyraideuses is an all-female project, inviting women to meet people from all over the world, practice running and leave a positive mark through humanitarian actions in favor of children.
The participants collected and brought along numerous items of clothing, games and toys, which were distributed to various establishments, including schools, orphanages and dispensaries.
The trip also funded the purchase of bicycles for student living more than an hour’s walk from their school, as well as tables and stools for a rural classroom, and school supplies for four schools. All purchases were made locally to support the local market.
Sustainable commitment:
a path towards responsible consumption
For several years, we have been including our projects in a responsible production approach, by collaborating with partners who share our vision of increased respect for the environment. We favor the use of recyclable materials, solvent-free inks and energy-efficient LED lighting. These initiatives actively support the circular economy, while limiting the consumption of natural resources and the production of waste.
With a view to reducing our carbon footprint, we favor local service providers for each event. This approach helps to boost the regional economy while minimizing the impacts related to travel.
In addition, our spaces are designed to be modular and reusable. We also offer a storage service for the structures of your stands, allowing them to be reassembled and adapted for future editions. This solution optimizes both costs and environmental impact, as part of a trajectory of continuous and sustainable improvement.

Carbon footprint :
a responsible path from the design stage
Since 2023, we are proud to be one of the few agencies to integrate the calculation of the environmental impact of each project from the quote stage, thanks to the carbon footprint carried out by our partner SAMI. This approach makes it possible to assess the greenhouse gas emissions generated and to support exhibitors and advertisers in optimizing their events. By adopting this approach, our clients can make more responsible choices from the very beginning of their projects, thus committing to a trajectory of continuous and sustainable improvement. This not only helps to reduce their carbon footprint, but also to anchor our practices in an ambitious environmental dynamic for the years to come.

Creation of a 110 m² adjustable stand
Concept
The CDO’s evolving stand features a sober, efficient layout, the initial objective being to maximize reception in a warm, welcoming space. Designed to anticipate future editions, it can be reused with different accessories each year. Each edition is renewed with adapted graphics, creating a unique universe each time. From New York loft to lush jungle to mountain chalet, each stand offers total immersion in a relaxed atmosphere.

Food industry suppliers fairs (CFIA)

Creation of a 36 m² stand that can be reassembled
Concept
Designed to last, the stand can be reused and easily adapted for future editions, ensuring durability and efficiency. Its ingenious layout maximizes product display on a compact surface, while welcoming food industry professionals. The four showcases, segmented by sector, offer a structured presentation. A strategically integrated office area and storeroom optimize stand management. The bar, at the heart of the space, creates a warm, professional atmosphere, ideal for welcoming customers and prospects.

Les Journées du Courtage
Stand
Creation of a 27 m² adjustable stand
Concept
The Xenassur booth stands out for its strong, innovative concept, designed to stand out in an insurance and brokerage sector often perceived as too corporate. Composed of cubes arranged in a dense space, it is designed above all for flexibility, enabling the elements to be reused and updated with each edition. The real strength of the stand lies in its warm welcome and dynamic animations. The aim is to create a friendly, close-at-hand atmosphere, while maintaining a professional setting for optimal networking.

Concept
Le stand Xenassur se distingue par un concept fort et innovant, pensé pour se démarquer dans un secteur des assurances et du courtage souvent perçus comme trop corporate. Composé de cubes agencés sur un espace dense qui est désigné surtout pour une belle flexibilité, permettant de réutiliser et de mettre à jour les éléments à chaque édition. Le véritable point fort du stand réside dans son accueil chaleureux et ses animations dynamiques . L’objectif étant d’apporter de la convivialité et de la proximité tout en restant dans un cadre professionnel pour une prise de contact optimale.
